Description
I was photography new homes in Memphis when it began to rain and I took a break and had lunch. When I heard the sound of the trolly ringing, it reminded me of the old days in Kansas City. I positioned myself under and awning and made this image.

Wow, Don! Great shot..... I used to live just north of that location and have seen that "scene" more times than a Greyhound bus. Memphis "Downtown" is just a wonderful place to hangout. #1794 will be passing the Majestic restaurant on the left just past Peabody in about 30 seconds if the red light doesn't catch it. Terrific vision.

this is one of my most favorite images. I was in Memphis doing an assignment of new housing developments when it began to rain. We temporarily postponed the house photographs and went into town for a bite to eat when I heard the clanging of the streetcar. This reminded me of the street cars that we used to have in Kansas City and it brought back great memories. Love to share my images.
