I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.

My daughter's Siamese cat with her shrimp in a martini glass. At cocktail hour, Miss Kitty will sit in the kitchen waiting for her frozen shrimp to be served to her. If everyone has left the kitchen while she is waiting for it to thaw, she will reach into the glass, when she knows it is ready, pull it out and help herself. However, usually, there is someone there to help her.

Facts about Siamese cats: history
In the Thai National Library in Bangkok there are manuscripts dating from the 1700s called the Cat Book Poems (Smud Khoi), containing illustrations of cats that look very similar to seal points.
When Siamese cats were first shown in England in 1871 they were described as 'an unnatural nightmare kind of cat' because of their strange coloring. They went on to become one of the most popular cat breeds in the world!
Their Thai name means 'moon diamond'.
