"Misty Morning Haybales" by Patti Deters. This is a scenic rural landscape of an old abandoned barn with big rolled hay bales in the surrounding country field. Photographed in British Columbia, Canada, the morning fog and mist is just starting to burn off. The pine tree forest provides a nice background. Light textures applied for artistic effect. Hi! My artwork is photography of all things nature, especially wildlife, flowers, and landscapes. Many of the flowers and wildlife images are from my local area around Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. Others are from photo trips taken with my husband of 40+ years. Some of the images are what I like to call "documentary art" - that is, I capture the best photos from wherever I am and then enhance them - sometimes a little, sometimes a lot - to make my own kind of "real life" art. Other images are more digital and simple, and those tend to portray the softer side of nature.
