A totally adequate purchase - nothing outstanding, nothing problematic. Since the original was one of your stock images, I cannot speak to whether this was a clear image, besides which the original was a watercolor, so clarity is not essential to the success of the image. I predict that a larger image would lack clarity. But I'm generally satisfied.

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. Thank you Mary Flore

Beautiful picture. Grew up on northshore so wanted something from there. Metal picture really shows the colors and picture quality is very clear.

This is one of three pieces that I am adding to my collection. Once I have received the other two pieces I will be happy to provide a photograph of the display. The quality of the art piece is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more pieces!
Artist's Description
The Moodna Viaduct is an iron railroad trestle spanning Moodna Creek and its valley at the north end of Schunemunk Mountain in Cornwall, New York, near the village of Salisbury Mills.
The viaduct carries Metro-North's Port Jervis commuter line and Norfolk Southern freight trains. The Metro-North Salisbury Mills-Cornwall station sits near the north end of the viaduct. In summer 2007, timber replacement on the viaduct caused delays on the line due to slow orders placed on it, and required that service be halted during weekend days. As of October, 2009, repairs were underway to several of the concrete piers; traffic remains uninterrupted.
It is also a tourist attraction for the small town of Salisbury Mills. 2 major roads cross under it, the major one is Orange County Route 20. The viaduct creates a spectacular landscape when viewed from the corner of Orrs Mills Road and Jackson Avenue outside of town, frequently photographed during fall foliage season.

About Guy Harnett
It was in 1980, while taking a class in High School, I fell in love with photography. Back then it was a simple 35mm Minolta SRT SCII Single Lens Reflex camera. It started out as an expensive hobby. For those who have not experienced the art of film, it certainly was a painstaking art form. What used to take hours and even days to manipulate an image in the darkroom, takes merely minutes with the advent of digital imaging. Add to this the fact that you would not be able to even see an image prior to processing and developing. Each image taken was carefully executed to minimize the amount of film used and time spent for processing, not to mention the costs of chemicals etc... What started as a hobby, eventually turned into a second...
