Once the backdrop was painted, these intricately designed villages, sifted decomposed granite to act as gravel along the tracks, (then glued in place) intricate wiring designs controlling directions of trains, sound, speed. Small river rock becomes boulders, trees, tumbleweeds were installed, in this image a small group of Boy Scouts hike just below the tracks.. I put in a new moon and, as part of his design, "Lost Wages" in the distance and several eagles fly above the desert scape. One inch below the distant city of Lost Wages, If you place your cursor to enlarge, you'll see his boy scout troupe on a hike below the train tracks
