Some photos you search for, others simply present themselves to you. This was the view from my driveway on a chilly September morning in Delta Junction, Alaska. Night time temperatures have dropped below freezing, with fog and frost in low lying areas. The sun had not yet dissipated the fog when we left to take our son to school. I anticipate many more photo opportunities in my back yard. We have moose, bison, bears, wolves, and coyotes in the neighborhood. With no neighbors, the night sky is amazing, and aurora season is just beginning.
