Oh Jordan..this image touches my heart! I was born in Jasper, Alberta and my parents met and married in Banff! I have been to the rockies many times since and every time I go, I feel as though I have gone home! Jordan, this photo of Mount Rundle is just so, so lovely! I just love the layers you have created, the water the marsh, Mount Rundle looming with cloud topped mountains receding in the distance....absolutely striking! My father passed away four years ago, but he told me endless stories of hiking these mountain ranges. I must tell my mom to google FAA and check out this photo! :) V/F

Sandi, what a great memory!! I grew up there so seeing this is going home for me too! Funny enough the trip where this was taken, we were on our way from Banff to Jasper.

I really like this towel but I bought this as a present for a 6'5 foot tall person and produce came a little smaller than listed. When it arrived the tag said "Bath towel" not a beach towel. Still a very large Boblicious towel and is larger than the normal bath towel.

It was so soft! My fan loved it!

The fabric is soft. Seems absorbent. Bought these to put them in the pool area of our home. Our home name is “Hotel California” and these towels added to the theme wonderfully. I would recommend and buy them again.

Artist's Description

The Vermilion Lakes are a series of three shallow interconnected lakes situated near the Banff townsite. As the Bow Valley's largest wetland area, the lakes and surrounding sedge and willow flats are a rich haven for wildlife, including elk, beaver, muskrat, waterfowl, ospreys and bald eagles. The site of the Vermilion Lakes is also of historical importance, with archaeological digs revealing Aboriginal presence here dating back some 11,000 years.
