Description
My longtime friend and I took a drive in the mountains west of Colorado Springs. We took North Cheyenne Canyon Road, which follows along North Cheyenne Creek and leads up to the Helen Hunt Falls. I was wanting to get some shots of the partially frozen waterfall, and was successful in doing so.
While there we met these firemen and paramedics who were there for a mountain rescue training and exercise. I can't imagine climbing mountains with as much gear as these fellows were carrying!

I always love photos with people included. It really helps the scene become alive. Well done.
Lorraine Baum replied:
Thanks very much Spencer! I used to avoid having people in shots at all costs, but have come around to your way of thinking.
