Description
Mukilteo Lighthouse from a Different Perspective was painted from the the perspective of a ladybug on the ground. I live very close to this lighthouse and see paintings of it all the time. People kept asking me to paint it but I had to think of a unique way to paint it, so hence this painting was born. "The Mukilteo Light Station continues to play an important navigational role with its Fourth Order Fresnel lens that has a range of 12 nautical miles. In addition to the beautifully landscaped grounds and stunning works of architecture, visitors are drawn to its romantic, scenic, educational, and historical values." Mukilteo Historical Society
