This is a vertical original watercolor painting using saturated pure pigment to effect the sensation of being in the middle of a riot of color. The background of the Pacific Ocean, eucalyptus trees and wind mill gives one a sense of place. The foreground flowers are the variegated Ranunculi grown in Southern California.
