This is an Acrylic painting on a 30X40 inch canvas wrap. It portray's a sleepy little gas station in the foot hills of Northern New Mexico south of Taos.

It is my sad duty to report that my wife of 51 years; Judy Hopkins passed away on Aug. 30th, 2019. She would have been 71 years old on Sept. 25th,2019. She died from ALS and spent her last moments at home painting. I'm sorry it took so long to report this as I didn't know how to get into her account. If anybody is interested in any of her artwork contact me at nevess7@hotmail.com. She loved art in all forms and spent most of her life painting. She grew up in Eastern New Mexico. in the small town Portales. She spent her last year of high school in Santa Fe N.M. She attended Lubbock Christian College to study Art. Her studies included Art at Amarillo College in Amarillo Texas.. She usually referred to herself as a Southwest Artist but...
