Great image.

The contrast in colors and bright/dark is fantastic! Great photo!

Wonderful lighting on this piece of unrealestate!

Hi Jean, You handled the light and colors perfectly. Well done.

Jean Noren replied:

Thank you Kent

WOW Jean, What a great foreboding sky and lighting on the grass and school. This is a beauty. Regards Derek

Jean Noren replied:

Hi Derek, thanks. It was a fairly typical NW day until the beautiful 5 minutes of golden light. Fun area to visit - Tigh Ridge in Oregon outside of the Dalles.

Very cool, Jean.

Jean Noren replied:

Thanks Carol, It was cool to drive forever and find this old schoolhouse in the middle of nowhere.

I bought this tapestry for my mother who is in the final stages of lung caner. I wanted to brighten her room and bring her some cheer. I paid extra to have it shipped Next Day Air. We received the package 5 days after ordering. However, I was very diappointed at the taperstry when I opened it. It is very blurry and distorted. The fabric is OKAY somewhat thin, but not terrible. I have ordered many tapestries from another company recently as Christmas gifts for 1/2 the price that are way better quality and very clear and vibrant. I will not order again from Fine Art America....

Excellent quality. I am so pleased with my purchase, it's much better than I imagined. The image is crisp clear and the fabric is very good quality and hemmed all around. I have bought it to hang in my apartment in Tenerife which we have called The Kestrels as these birds fly and hover around it all day. I can't wait to return and hang it on the wall.

This is becoming the focal point of a four poster bed canopy.

It’s been almost two months and I still haven’t gotten my package after contacting Fine Art America multiple times. Would not buy from them again.

Is so perfect the way that this tapestry fits my bedroom wall! Love it

About Jean Noren

My passion is underwater and nature photography. I particularly like finding patterns and designs in nature and getting down to the very basics with super macro views. In my early years, I had extremely poor vision and, as a consequence, I would get very close to things in order to see them. I think this handicap influenced my technique as I tend to try and create brightly colored, closely cropped, in-your-face images that are easy to see. Revealing the beauty in the mundane is my goal. I live in the countryside of western Oregon and have no trouble finding frogs, birds, mushrooms and flowers to photograph.I travel to warm waters for underwater shots as often as possible. My latest venture is putting my nature images on beautiful...
