Thank you for the comments!

I love this whole gallery....and the thoughts under "description". This is one of those works that you can look at for a long time and keep finding new fields and planes, tones and rhythms. Very nice both conceptually and graphically!

Well Joe, your proof that you will never run out of material to shoot, We have such an abundance all one needs is the desire and you sure have that. Beatiful insight. Thanks len

Bought this for my partner, it was from his own watercolor artwork. He was over the moon to see his artwork on this first class cushion cover and will be ordering another to balance our settee. 😂. I didn’t buy the cushion pad but would advise others to do so.

Hi, This was a Christmas gift for my sister ,who is a member of the John Entwistle fan club.Naturally, she was shocked and delighted with such a novel gift which really spoke to her.It is an excellent photograph and is captured nicely on the pillow. We miss John, and this is a tender reminder of an incredible musician from an incredible band.Thank you.

My new favorite pillow

January 13th, 2019

The art is beautiful; I love the color and the design. It resides on a couch, next to a solid-color deep red burgundy pillow which sets it off. It receives a 5-star rating based on its beauty. However, I cannot rate the delivery method as highly. It came in a large shipping box, loosely packed, with no plastic cover to protect it (as I've seen with the other throw pillows I've received from Fine Art America.) The zipper was partially down, so the inner pillow was poking through. And the inner pillow seemed too big for the artistic cover; it was a very tight fit and lacked the "give" of my other pillows. I'm eager to order another throw pillow very soon, as a gift to be sent directly to a friend. I would hate for it to arrive in a similar condition. If you could check the conditions at your shipping locations, I'd be grateful.

Artist's Description

My fascination with walls, windows and doors originates in their symbolism (at least for me). Walls are the separation between here and tbetween one place and another another place; between inside and outside ... between one person and another. Windows and doors are the connection between here and there ... and metaphorically, the connection points between people. This image was part ot the "Walls, Windows and Doors" one man show at the Amerind Museum in dragoon, AZ. A 16"x24" print of this image is now part of the museum's permanent collection.

About Joe Kozlowski

I started shooting seriously in the 1960's as a freelance photographer in San Francisco. Then I stopped shooting seriously and started shooting for myself. We always hope other people like what we do but, either way, it seems we keep doing it ... doing what we do is not really a choice. For what it's worth, I was born in Upstate New York. I was schooled at Syracuse University and Shimer College but I don't think my schooling got in the way of my education. I've lived and worked in Chicago, San Francisco, Cleveland, Grand Rapids (MI), The Poconos, the Metropolitan NY areas and Tucson, Arizona. My father was a portrait artist and art teacher (you can find his bio listed on Wikipedia). I've been involved in all aspects of photography...
