Hi Dan, Thanks for your comments on my work. I really enjoyed looking at yours too. Favourites were bronze sculptures and reliefs and portraits. This relief is quite emotional. I researched many Odalisque paintings when I began an arts degree last year and found them and the stories behind the lives of the odalisques and the artists who painted them quite harrowing at times are you familiar with Turkish Slave Market by Leon de Gerome? Maybe when and if this course gets easier I will have time to do some more sculpture, I have only done two figurative pieces, one of which is on my FAA page. I find it very satisfying to complete a three dimensional piece. How long does a piece like this take you to create? Maria

Wow! These are terrific.

Stunning work Dan, all your work is amazing!!! My best, Chris.

HI Dan, Thanks for visiting my work and for your comments! I'm enjoying your nudes especially the reliefs. Still trying to learn how to navigate this site. All the best, MMA Make More Art France

Dan, all of your sculpture figurative art works keep amazing me, so does the rest of your art piece's too,Odalisques is very unique indeed, you're a great artist who's admired by many with me on the top of list Brother, all the best, Thanks.... Eddie Michael Beck

Thank you for your comment! That is one of my favorite paintings that I have done. I didn't realize at the time that it was a self portrait of sorts, but as time went by, I realized that it definately expressed a lot of what was going on in my head at that time. I am very attached to that piece now. I really enjoyed your work. I love the figures. Each one expresses so much movement and emotion! Lovely! Jennifer
