This is an inside view of the "Fish Church", First Presbyterian Church of Stamford Connecticut on Bedford Street. The original church was founded in 1854 and was located on Broad Street and redesigned in 1958. It's architect was Wallace K. Harrison. He designed this historic church in the shape of a fish which is clearly evident from the outside. Inside, it's stained glass windows of paneled glass are angled inward with hundreds of thousands of colored glass pieces. It boasts a 260 ft. ceiling at its point, called the Maquire Memorial Tower.
