This beautiful artwork was commissioned by Arthur Frost and shows his father, Arthur Frost, Sr. who was an antique dealer in London. It was based on an old, poor black and white photo taken in 1946. Since it was the only image he had of his father, Arthur wanted to have me create a painting of his father and his shop. The bottom of the right side of the painting show metal sheeting covering damage from bombing of London during the Second World War. The artist wanted to use an impressionistic style to express the very human quality of friendship and a moment frozen in time.

Prints are available through Fine Art America, Fine Art England and Fine Art Germany. They can be on canvas, metal acrylic, framed, gallery wrapped and even available as fine art greeting cards, throw pillows, etc. You can choose from hundreds of frames and mats to create museum-quality masterpieces from any of my artwork.
