The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

It was a beautiful piece and I will rate it as 5 star! Unfortunately it got here completely damaged, you should consider using one more reliable carrier. This is no way to do business.
