Description

Some of my base images are more "natural" than others. This one was a bit contrived. I took a spectacular passion flower and laid it on a lush lawn. I thought that would be a calmer background than what showed up naturally. Instead, what I got was actually very busy. Trying to tame the vivid colors proved to be a great challenge as I have been working with this image for over five years.
