Beautiful! The image looks so nice on the wood, very natural feel to it. The colors are not as vibrant as I was expecting, as the wood lightened some areas, but still gorgeous. Thank you!

This pastel sunrise began as an average photograph of Lake Michigan on a warm morning in Evanston, Illinois in mid-July 2011. It was nice but it didn't really capture the mood I felt and what I saw in my mind's eye. So with quite a bit of digital work, and SEVEN (!!) years between shot and processing, I believe I finally created the image I was looking for. A photography-based digital image.
