Watching the sunset from the beach is so soothing to my soul.
I find myself getting lost in the vastness of the ocean and the sky – and somehow – me and all my “challenges” just seem so small.
I feel myself relaxing and enjoying the consistency of the waves lapping onto the shoreline as I watch the daylight slipping away into the water.
My mind slows to a halt as I watch the last minutes of daylight disappear – enjoying being at peace - in this special moment.
