Peaches Corner, a "diner" with a long-time history in Myrtle Beach, SC, serves seafood, footlongs, beer and fast food tourist fare. Most visitors to Myrtle Beach have cruised by Peaches Corner on Ocean Boulevard, near where the former "Pavillon" stood since 1948. The Pavillon was ground zero for rides and fun for young people and their parents, many of whom grew up traveling to Myrtle Beach with their own parents. The Pavillon was closed in September of 2006 to make way for upscale development. Peaches Corner endures in its absence!

Spring Shows: One of my ceramic vases was juried into the 22nd Annual Waccamaw Arts & Crafts Guild Show at the Myrtle Beach Art Museum in Myrtle Beach, SC, but the show was cancelled due to the 2020 Covid-19 Virus Pandemic. I do hope that the many art shows that were cancelled recently will be able to return next year. My heart goes out to artists all over the world affected by this giant hiccup in their careers. Hopefully, they are able to spend their hiatus in deep creativity, kind of like a "baby boom" of sorts, except an artistic boom, of course! Stay safe and healthy everyone.
