This was a gift to a person who is restoring a prairie. This year she has 14 herons gathering on the banks of the Little Sioux River. The tote bag was well received.

Artist's Description

Pointing Buddha – Battambang Province: This brand new Buddha statue was built on Phnom Sampeau hill above one of the “killing caves” where the Khmer Rouge used to toss their prisoners to their death in the 1970s. The Buddha was completed in 2002 - the same year that the blood from the dead prisoners was entirely washed off the cave floor. Photograph taken on film and negative was then scanned.
