This piece is very true to it's picture very defined. The cup itself is of fine quality as well. The story behind it was beautiful to read. When I look at it, it will take me back to the first time that I saw and read the story. Glad I took the time to purchase. No regrets!

Portrait of a soldier on watch at Checkpoint Charlie. The soldier is in an abandoned building overlooking the checkpoint, and he is observing East German activities. The checkpoint was the primary crossing between East and West Berlin.
