Displayed are two technical drawings of a combination fireman's ax and hooligan tool, marked with the date May 21, 1940, and labeled as Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The design is attributed to an inventor named Ervin B. Arnsbarger, with the patent application filed on February 17, 1940, and it is associated with design patent number 120,609.
