I am a photographic artist who lives in New Orleans. My work encompasses "pure" digital photography as well as digital montage. My work is meant to stimulate the senses with color and motion, both real and imaginary. I want to strike an unusual chord by creating portraits of people and places that draw on oblique or exaggerated views. My goal is to elicit an emotional response from the viewer; an uncertain recognition of themselves in my images. I have studied photography, ceramics, painting and drawing, and graphic art. I am also a graphic and website designer and a hand-spinner and knitter.
