Beautiful ! And out of earth !

Elizabeth Lane replied:

Thank you, Julien! I like to think there's another dimension for us and our loved ones (four-legged, too) in the after-life.

Gorgeous....this takes me to another place. V

Elizabeth Lane replied:

Thank you Sheena! I just now found your comment. Yes, I imagined this place for my horse after he died. I somehow find the concept comforting, as anyone who has lost a beloved animal companion, might.

I love this fanciful concept, Elizabeth -- beautifully done!

Elizabeth Lane replied:

Thank you Wendy! This painting has a special signicance to me. I am glad you liked it.

A wonderfully expressive and imaginative painting. Love the horse shoe frame and the depth of field. I like the drama of the challenging perspective and the use of shadows and light and also the concept of an after life for horses. Brilliant artwork!

Elizabeth Lane replied:

Thank you Rusty! As this painting means so much to me I am keeping the original. I would like to think someone, somewhere will be comforted by this work albeit in print or card form, when they have lost a beloved horse. Thank you so much for your compliment!

Elizabeth, Very nice ,Thanks for your comments, Jeff

Really beautiful work of art Elizabeth.
