Ralph's Tree in blue is an abstract image based upon a photograph of a vibrant tree with twisting branches and blue leaves and shadows, set against a background of abstract colors. The ground and surrounding vegetation are depicted in shades of blue, green, tan, and purple, with a peach colored sky that adds a surreal quality to this wonderland landscape.
NL Galbraith has been painting on and off for over 28 years. Always a nature lover, she looks for beauty in the world around us, be it in the mountains, forest, desert, beach, or city, with a vast variety of subjects. NL enjoys creating paintings in various mediums, is an avid photographer, and digital artist. Her murals, trompe l'oeil work, and decorative paintings can be found in residences all over the southwest. She opened up her art website in early 2020. She is a member of the San Diego Museum of Art Artist's Guild.
