Just out of curiosity, how did you get the long exposure water blur with a cell phone?

I must admit that I misunderstood the group and this picture does not belong in the cell phone group. I took the picture using a standard camera, I thought it might make a great cell phone cover, which is what I thought this group was. I will remove the picture from the group. Sorry,
