I love this and it's situated behind me a little in my office. When I turn towards it, I'm reminded that there is always light and colour and to remember my roots. Spring Shows: One of my ceramic vases was juried into the 22nd Annual Waccamaw Arts & Crafts Guild Show at the Myrtle Beach Art Museum in Myrtle Beach, SC, but the show was cancelled due to the 2020 Covid-19 Virus Pandemic. I do hope that the many art shows that were cancelled recently will be able to return next year. My heart goes out to artists all over the world affected by this giant hiccup in their careers. Hopefully, they are able to spend their hiatus in deep creativity, kind of like a "baby boom" of sorts, except an artistic boom, of course! Stay safe and healthy everyone. A giant thank you to the collector from Lyden, WA, who purchased a large print of this photo today! May you enjoy it for many years to come! This shot was taken at a barn in Chadbourn, NC, not far from Little River, SC where we live. The owner was in the field and allowed me to photograph a few of the family's barns. This one was near to the family home... I think it was the "fancy barn" and not the one used for equipment or tobacco. Hope you enjoy it! Blessings, Suzanne
