A watercolor painting of a Queen Anne Mansion, decorated for the holidays, complete with the original wrought iron fence surrounding the yard. The home features a tall, rectangular tower with a pyramidal roof and the elaborate front gable has a metal finial, carved panel fascia boards, and a large sunburst panel. A classic example of a turn of the century Victorian architecture, built in 1873, located in the historic Avenues District of Salt Lake City, Utah. William Lambourne, a wallpaper hanger and designer, was the original owner of the home. It took five years to complete the construction. Benjamin W. Tibby, mining engineer, purchased the home in 1900.
