The neck is too small. I cannot get it over my head. The draw string part is not flexible but stationary in place. The photo is rather stiff. Otherwise, it's pretty.

My son loved it! Next time I’ll have to order a bigger size. Sizes are tricky when ordering from a new company. It fits him just right for now, I told him never dry it or it will be too small!
