The print would be perfect except that it came with a scuff mark. This was a wedding present and when Inpulled it out to fram for the ceremonyI noticed the scuff. Because it was over 30days (it was 45 days) the customer service department was unable to help me! I have offered to return the print and still no help. I requested an escalation and I was told they would not do anything for me- so I adjed to speak with otr get a CALL BACK from a manger and I was told they would not guarantee anyone would call me back- i am sooooooo disappointed. This was an expensive print (per my personal budget) and a gift for my best friends wedding. And one of my friends is a printer and he noticed it right away :( i mean really i agreed to send them the original.....
