Description
Buildings in European cities are not just close together, they touch one another and, in some cases, may even depend on one another for support. That certainly seems to be the case in Paris. The plane geometry of this urban abstract is undeniable - squares, rectangles, triangles, trapezoids, cylinders, circles are all to be seen in this cluster of Parisian rooftops. The graffiti that runs through the frame at a diagonal acts as a kind of colorful visual fence for the hodgepodge of roofs behind it.

Beautiful jumble! Love the interplay of the straight and curved lines. l/f

I like this - VERY much!! You've done a superb and really wonderful job with the composition and the treatment.
Nikolyn McDonald replied:
Thanks so much, Hany. It was actually 4:5 even after I uploaded, but the more I looked at it, the more I knew it was screaming to be square. So . . . I cropped, felt I was right, and did a new upload. I'm so glad to know it caught your eye.
