I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.

Quite beautiful!
We took a weekend break during a summer semester. This happened to be July 31, 2004. Out on our little balcony at La Mansion del Rio Hotel overlooking the riverwalk, I set up my tripod for this 5 second exposure. The full moon was fortuitous, in fact the night before, it had already passed this point in the sky. You can see by the clock in the lower right center of the image that the time is just about 11:30 PM. The camera I was using 10 years ago was not particularly high resolution, but I've had an 11x14 of this shot framed in my office for...well, nearly 10 years.
I am a retired University lecturer, and I have been an avid photographer for some 50 years. My wife and I love to travel. We like to see the US and we have had some wonderful journeys over the past 20 years. We went to Peru and Ecuador where we saw and photographed the plains of Nazca, Machu Picchu, a bit of the Amazon rainforest, and of course, The Galapagos. Less than a year later we spent two weeks driving around England (her birthplace.) In 2012, we traveled to France. We began in Nice on The Cote d'Azur. Take a look at my panoramic views of the beaches at Cannes and Antibes. The main attraction of this trip was a week on a river cruise ship from Arles to Macon. Later we were able to spend a couple of days in Paris. In January...
