Seasons End is painted in acrylic on canvas. Fall is my favorite time of year. The leaves are saturated with color. It\'s facinating that leaves give us shade in summer, color in fall.
When they fall they decay, providing us with rich soil. Then the next season they start
the process all over again.
About Carolyn Saine
I love warm vivid colors in my paintings. I don't have a formal art education, however through many workshops, mentors and study I've learned how to paint the places and things I love. Art really is my passion. My works have been accepted into many juried shows in NC and have won awards. My paintings can be found in private collections throughout the United States and Europe. In addition to painting in acrylics and pastels, I recently began a series of digital prints. All subjects come from scanned leaves or my own photos. My other paintings range from surrealistic to realism. Hope you enjoy my art..
