you can almost feel how cold the water is ... perfect.

Almost I can hear the rushing water, great art piece.

Jim, The waterfall painting is GREAT. I've added it to my favorites! Que. I too went with the print and geclee program and pd. the $35 per year but have no had any sales...none! Have you had any success?

Jim Gola replied:

Bryan... Thanks for the compliment. I had sales early on shortly after the start-up of FAA. Since then almost zero. There are so MANY artists on this site now, a person's percentage falls dramatically with sales. I have sold one original early in the game. Still it is a good website for minimum dollars. I have directed my old site www.jimgola.com to the FAA site. Jim Gola

About Acrylic Prints

Acrylic Print with Mounting Posts

Mounting Option #1

Acrylic Print with Hanging Wire

Mounting Option #2

Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of an acrylic print.   Your image gets printed directly onto the back of a 1/4" thick sheet of clear acrylic.

The image is the art - it doesn't get any cleaner than that!

All acrylic prints ship within 3 - 4 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with four aluminum mounting posts (Option #1) or hanging wire (Option #2).

The high gloss of the acrylic sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

There are two different ways to mount your acrylic print.

Option #1 (Mounting Posts) - Attach your print to your wall with four aluminum mounting posts.   The cylindrical cap of each mounting post can be removed, allowing you to thread a small screw along the center axis of the of post and into the wall.   When you're finished, simply reattached each cap, and you're done.   The mounting posts act as stand-offs and keep your print separated from the wall by 1".   All of the required mounting hardware (i.e. posts, screws, and wall anchors) is included with your print.   Click here for mounting details.

Option #2 (Hanging Wire) - With this option, your acrylic print is attached to a 1/4" thick black board which has a wooden frame and hanging wire attached to the back.   There are no metal mounting posts at the corners.   Simply put a nail in your wall, hang your print from the hanging wire, and you're done.   Due to the thickness of the black board and mounting frame, your print is separated from the wall by 1.50"   Click here for mounting details.

Love it! Somewhat highly reflective so consider the lighting when choosing a good spot for it

I love this one. I have lots of indoor plants, and got this to hang next to them. It's a wonderful picture, and great quality.

As a graduate of Hampton Institute (University), the Emancipation Oak holds a special place in my heart. I have purchased Mr. Gammon's wonderful photograph many times for my alumni chapter's annual silent auction, which support our scholarship efforts for students attending Hampton University.

Artist's Description

Most artists while on a plein-air jaunt, are at times faced with the unexpected. My friend Ron and I thought we had found the perfect place to paint. We didn’t stop to think how quickly the view before us would disappear. As the afternoon sun streamed in over the falls, the foliage sang with the greens of the moment. Suddenly realizing that we were losing our view rapidly, I decided to switch my painting tools from brushes to palette knife. The race was on! As the sun began to sink to the right of my view, I placed the last stroke of the knife on the board. Although this painting is a departure from my “normal” style, for me it did capture literally the moment. This painting is a small format work on Masonite board. The original is just 8x10 inches but through the miracle of high resolution print making, prints of much larger size are available.
