Description

Alison Maddex is an accomplished artist, curator and art teacher. Her projects produced in major US cities have been covered by the New York Times, Washington Post, CNN and other national and international press and periodicals. In 2002, Rizzoli/Universe published Maddex's book, Sex in the City: An Illustrated History of Sex in New York City". Her large-scale photomontages were exhibited in the Cinamateca at the Museu de Arte Moderna in Rio de Janeiro and Galeria Sao Paulo in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
