I ordered this product on 5/2 and have yet to receive it. I have sent many inquiries and have been sent several replies in return as late of 5/28 which stated they would produce a reprint and ship ASAP. I have not received any notice of shipment since leading me to wonder what ASAP really means. It seems at this point I will have no other recourse but to dispute this charge , which they already claimed 5/4, with my credit company. I would not recommend purchasing any further products with this company as they have not provided what was purchased. If there was a 0 star that would be my rating at this point. I received product 5/3 with no notification that it had been shipped.The case is and print are well done and very pretty. The case itself does not appear to provide much protection for the top and bottom of the phone however. I would upgrade the rating to 3, the case itself I would rate a 4 just because the protection issue. The 3 rating is for the overall experience.
