A very large sow sleeping. I'm sure she does a lot of it. She heard children calling to her. Here eyelids would twitch when they called, but I believe she was too big, too lazy to move much more than that. I wondered what she'd do if they threw a bit of food. When I was growing up, my dad took me to a pig farm. The owner raised all kinds of fat pigs and hogs among a few other animals. Some of the baby pigs were nearly all white or pink and they were cute, as long as they were babies. He had a big sow, the likes I'd never seen again. Then I went to the zoo and saw this one, which is incredibly large. Another memory is that my mother helped by taking an orphaned pig baby and raising it till the farmer took it back. When I next saw it, it was nothing more than another big fat sow that laid around and slept all day - when not eating.
