I have been playing with selective coloring a little bit but nothing so dramatic as this, Scott! L/A

Scott Campbell replied:

Try removing the colors with the RAW converter in Photoshop via the HSL/Grayscale tool. Remove all but one color and play with the others in their B&W tones.

Item was lost in transit. Tough figuring out how to contact Fine Art. Finally received 6 weeks after placing order. Then received the original shipment.

I bought this tapestry for my mother who is in the final stages of lung caner. I wanted to brighten her room and bring her some cheer. I paid extra to have it shipped Next Day Air. We received the package 5 days after ordering. However, I was very diappointed at the taperstry when I opened it. It is very blurry and distorted. The fabric is OKAY somewhat thin, but not terrible. I have ordered many tapestries from another company recently as Christmas gifts for 1/2 the price that are way better quality and very clear and vibrant. I will not order again from Fine Art America....

Artist's Description

Sometimes I wonder if the locals, a community just behind the broken down furniture I find at shore's edge put the abandoned furniture there to sit and simply have a smoke or put their toes in the foamy surf. That's what when though my mind when taking this shot. In this shot I came upon the chairs just as they are and could just imagine two people sitting having a smoke and talking at sunrise or sunset. I also again used my jeep headlights to light the scene. The last 10 minutes of our day's shoot I had my son point the jeep at different things and got the best shots of the day.

About Scott Campbell

R. Scott Campbell - “I am a child of God with a camera.” My goal and passion is to capture and create imagery that shows a tiny fraction of the beauty of God’s Creation. When I remember that everything I see is part of God’s creation, I see beauty in everything and thus I am motivated and inspired. Fine art photography has been a passion since 1984. From 2003 – 2016 I was in business as a commercial photographer. Now I am a busy & successful fine artist. I have been blessed to be a galleried, juried,...
