Item was lost in transit. Tough figuring out how to contact Fine Art. Finally received 6 weeks after placing order. Then received the original shipment.
This is the third in the series of Spring Time Paintings. As you can see it is two bright yellow dandelions. I used one digital art program to paint it, another to work with the colors and frame the scene. For the frame I used a very soft mellow green to enclose this painting. It is done in the style of Georgia O'Keeffe but since she has several styles that vary, I went more for the more solid line rather the flowy lines of some of her work. This was so I could keep the details of the greenery and the little dandelion flowers in tact. I hope the viewer enjoys this scene.
Biography Hello everyone, my name is Debra, Originally a Tennessee Native, have lived in Maryland for the past 30 some odds years. Having come from a big family we struggled much to just survive, which helps to build character, in my opinion. So I didn't get to take art classes or do a lot of other things. Since I didn't have toys I learned to use my mind in a creative way, mother nature became my tutor and by being so curious to start with, everything mother nature had to offer became a colorful story in my head. I could sit, walk, run in the fields, talk to the cows, chickens and other animals. Often was in trouble for bringing home every cat I found, even if they belonged to the neighbors, but remember I was a very little...
