Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

Saint Brigid's mother was a slave baptized by St. Patrick who was sold to a Druid when she became pregnant with Brigid by a Leinster chieftain. Legend has it that Brigid could not stomach any food the impure Druid tried to feed her, so a white cow with red ears sustained her in childhood. She was a generous child, always feeding the poor. Her charitable nature eventually led to her freedom by the king. She founded a monastery, the Church of the Oak, built above a pagan shrine to the Celtic goddess Brigid, as well as a school of art. She also founded two monastic institutions and governed them with peace until her death.
Painfully shy as a child, Jen was unable to communicate with anyone outside her family except through drawing. Visual language was her first language and she never lost her passion for its ability to communicate for her. There was never a day she "decided" to become an artist. For Jen, there was just no other way to be. Jen Norton is a graduate of Santa Clara University where she earned a Bachelors degree in Fine Art, with a Minor in Business. Jen worked as a Graphic Designer in the Silicon Valley where developing marketing communications materials helped push her from purely personal expression to full conversation.
