A totally adequate purchase - nothing outstanding, nothing problematic. Since the original was one of your stock images, I cannot speak to whether this was a clear image, besides which the original was a watercolor, so clarity is not essential to the success of the image. I predict that a larger image would lack clarity. But I'm generally satisfied.

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. Thank you Mary Flore

Beautiful picture. Grew up on northshore so wanted something from there. Metal picture really shows the colors and picture quality is very clear.

This is one of three pieces that I am adding to my collection. Once I have received the other two pieces I will be happy to provide a photograph of the display. The quality of the art piece is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more pieces!
Artist's Description

St. Francis of Assisi, who in his Canticle of All Creatures, saw that everything in the world is connected; fire and water, earth and air, sun and moon. Singing of this unity it is said that he picked up two sticks which he found while sauntering in the woods. He did not possess a musical instrument, but with the two sticks, he pretended that he was playing a violin by rubbing them together as if to create a sound, singing and dancing with joy. Francis knew that the world itself is filled with the seeds of God's love. God's Joy.
About Kelly Latimore
I started painting icons in 2011 while I was a member of the Common Friars from 2009-2013. Our collective work was about being more connected: to ourselves, each other, our surrounding community and the land. This manifested itself as a place called “The Good Earth Farm” where we held weekly services and meals, and grew produce for our community and local food pantries. My friend, and fellow farmer, Paul often posed the question, “how do we become people who, in Jesus’s words, ‘consider the lilies of the field’? This became the focus of my first attempt at an icon entitled: “Christ: Consider the Lilies.” Iconography has since become a practice of more considerations: of color and light, of brush stroke and form,...
