In June 2019, my friend and I put traction devices on our boots and hiked through the snow and ice to get to Stella Lake. With a cold spring and lots of snow, the lake was frozen over, but that didn't dampen our mood to enjoy the Milky Way rising over the magical scene. Jenny suggested we put ourselves in the photo, which turned out great! *Winner of the Long Exposure category in the 2020 Great Nevada Picture Hunt*
