Unless in the dog park, dogs need to be on a leash. On this utility box, Stewie sits patiently on a leash. His image graces a utility box.. The painting had to accommodate locks, light sensors, doors and handles. This location at Miles Blvd and Seeley Drive near Washington Blvd is one of 4 such public art projects.
