This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.

Very pleased with the image, color, printing . My selection of printing onto wood is great for this image. There are a few mildly dark lines which are natural to wood. They show through the image and contribute to the image--glad that none of these was over the face of the horse rider.

If you get a chance to visit Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park you will likely find a Great Blue Heron such as this one hunting in the tannin stained waters. This is one of the largest of North American birds and is active in Florida all year long. It has spotted it's prey, a small bluegill just under the surface of the water, but has not yet chambered it neck for attack.

I was born in Lafayette Louisiana and moved around the United States frequently as the child of a Navy Submariner. Much of my early life, was spent in San Diego and I suspect was instrumental in the development of my passion for Art and Science. When asked as a child what I was going to be when I grew up, my answer was always " I'm gonna be either an Artist or a Scientist". Later in life, I discovered the work of Leonardo da Vinci, one of the greatest painters and thinkers of all time, and more importantly, inspiration that my two greatest interests (Art and Science) need not be mutually exclusive.
