Looks nothing like picture. The you can barley tell what the design is, however the towel feels nice but it's not a good look.

This towel was to be given as a gift after seeing the Picasso in the Hermitage. The image is satisfactory; however, the quality of the towel was a big disappointment. I wish I had chosen one of the other options,

The portrait of Soutine by Modigliani was a real find! However, the quality of the towel is so poor that I wish I had ordered some other product. The image itself is good.

I do not understand why the image wasn’t scaled down or moved to the center of the towel. I saw no way to do that on the website and (wrongly) assumed it would be adjusted before printing.

Artist's Description

A late summer sunset at the North Head Lighthouse. After Cape Disappointment Lightstation was established in 1856 to mark the entrance to the Columbia River, mariners approaching the river from the north complained they could not see the light until they had nearly reached the river. Their cry for an additional lighthouse was supported by the many shipwrecks, which occurred along the Long Beach Peninsula, just north of the cape. Construction of North Head Lighthouse began in 1896. The tower is brick masonry with a cement plaster overlay built on a sandstone foundation. 69 steps lead to the lantern room, which is 65 feet from the ground and 194 feet above sea level. The first-order Fresnel lens, which came from Cape Disappointment, was lit for the first time on May 16, 1898. Since the light is only two miles north of Cape Disappointment, North Head needed a distinct signature. North Head shone a fixed white light, while Cape Disappointment alternated red and white flashes.

About Robert Bales

I am a retired teacher, coach and athletic director. While my wife, Judy, and I were teaching she had a photo studio, and I had a dark room where I did black and white and color. We sold Last Class a few years ago and bought a small house in Yuma, Arizona and bought another one in Emmett Idaho. Now we spend the summers in Emmett and the winters in Yuma. Over our 50 years of marriage, we have always had an interest in photography and both of us enjoy taking the photos for this site. I am heading to Yuma for the winter so I will off line some of the time for 3...
