Lake Tahoe is a large freshwater lake in the Sierra Nevada of the United States. At a surface elevation of 6,225 ft (1,897 m), it is located along the border between California and Nevada. It's the largest alpine lake in North America and the second deepest at depths of 1,645 ft (501 m). I am a full-time freelance photographer based out of Los Angeles, specializing in landscapes and nature. With a background in animal behavior and marine biology from UCLA, I had always envisioned myself as a Professor teaching and conducting research, but instead I opted to take a leap of faith and pursue my passion for photography.
