Patrick, I am in awe of your talents. This is yet another of your many fabulous works of art. Your talents are fantastic, to say the least. I am always in reverence to an artist who paints with oils. Now that I have found you, I know that I will return to your site often. Good wishes to you always. F/V

"That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying it's foundation on such principles and organizing it's power in such form, as to them shall seem likely to effect their safety and happiness."
