One day in Ireland I rented a bike and took off along the south edge of Galway with a camera. In a five west of Ballyvaughan this weathered wooden fishing boat called a Galway Hooker had been falling apart for years while being watched over by a friendly pair of red-haired Irish ponies. I didn’t paint the ponies.
